Section 4 discusses requirements, including: general; material; surface preparation; cement mortar lining; cement mortar coating; and, field joints. Section 5 discusses verification, including: sampling and testing cement mortar for linings; testing cement mortar for coatings; and, inspection and testing by the purchaser. Section 6 discusses delivery, including: general delivery; plastic end caps; and, affidavit of compliance.
